Sugar is an album by jazz saxophonist Stanley Turrentine, his first recording for the CTI Records label after a long collaboration with Blue Note, including performances by Turrentine with Freddie Hubbard, George Benson, Ron Carter, and Billy Kaye with Lonnie Liston Smith. The album is one of the most popular with Turrentine and has received universal recognition upon release and subsequent reissues.
