The Canadian reissue of the cult album. Morrison Hotel is the fifth studio album by American rock band The Doors. On the front side of the album cover is a photo of the band through the glass in the lobby of the Morrison Hotel, which really existed in Los Angeles at 1246 South Hope Street, on the back is a photo of a diner called "Hard Rock Cafe" The album reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and performed better abroad than the previous album (it was the highest charting studio album of the band in the UK, where it peaked at No. 12).
