The Bruford Tapes is a album by the British band Bruford 1979 , released only in USA, Canada and Japan. It was recorded live in Rosline, new York, July 12, 1979 and originally broadcast on WLIR radio. Shortly before the performance of Allan Holdsworth left the band and was replaced by John Clark, whose name appears as "The 'Unknown' John Clark" on the back cover of the original album. In the recording presents live versions of songs from previous two albums Feels Good to Me and One of a Kind.
