Business as Usual is the debut album by the Australian band Men at Work, released in November 1981 in Australia and in April 1982 in the United States. The Australian release of the album had a black-and-white cover design; foreign releases have a similar design, but in a yellow-and-black color scheme. Business as Usual was one of the most successful albums of the Australian band. It stayed at number one on the US charts for 15 weeks; from late 1982 to early 1983, and for five weeks at number one on the UK charts in early 1983. At the top of the Australian charts, the album lasted nine weeks from December 1981 to March 1982. Business as Usual became one of the most commercially successful albums in the early 1980s, with 6 million copies sold in the US and 15 million copies sold worldwide. Released in June 1981, before the release of the album, the single "Who Can It Be Now?" rose to number one in the Australian charts in August of the same year.
