The Quiet Zone / The Pleasure Dome is the eighth Studio album by the British rock band Van der Graaf Generator, released 2 September 1977. The last Studio recording until the reunification of the team in 2005. In 1976 the group left two musicians of the classic lineup of Van der Graaf Generator: Hugh Banton and David Jackson (who, however, participation in the recording of two tracks). To replace them came the former in the group until 1970, Nic Potter and Graham Smith.
