Abominog is the 14th studio album by the British rock band Uriah Heep, released in March 1982 on Bronze Records in the United Kingdom and in September 1982 on Mercury Records in the United States. The album features the band's latest American hits "On the Rebound" and "That's the Way That It Is". The latter was their most popular single of the 1980s, peaking at number 25 on the US rock chart. The album was critically acclaimed and quite commercially successful. Abominog was a success both in America and in Europe, and the song "That's the Way That It Is" got into rotation on MTV.
