COB (Clive's Original Band) was formed by Clive Harold Palmer (May 14, 1943 - November 23, 2014). He was an English folk musician and banjoist, best known as one of the founding members of the Incredible String Band . The second album by COB-Moyshe McStiff and Tartan Lancers of the Sacred Heart, released in 1972, was very rare and little-known, as was the band's first album.
