The German original. Touch is the third studio album by British pop duo Eurythmics, released on November 14, 1983 on RCA Records. It became the duo's first number-one album on the UK Albums Chart, and also reached number seven on the US Billboard 200, making it the band's most successful album on both charts. It has since been certified platinum in both the UK and the US. The album was listed on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" in 2003, followed by a newly revised list in 2012 at number 492.
