Fly on the Wall is the tenth Australian and ninth international Studio album by Australian hard rock band AC/DC, released on 28 June 1985. The band's second and final album, produced by band members Angus and Malcolm Young. The album was also the debut for new drummer Simon Wright, who was recruited to the band after Phil Rudd left in 1983. Like the previous album (Flick of the Switch), this album was not a commercial success (compared to Back in Black and For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)). Music critics rated it rather low. Despite this, the album sold over 1,000,000 copies and was certified platinum.
