Had to Cry Today is the fourth Studio album by American Blues rock musician Joe Bonamassa. Produced by Bob Held, it was released August 24, 2004 the company J & R Adventures and has taken the fifth place on the American Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. The album title is a reference to the eponymous song by English Blues rock band Blind Faith from their self-titled album in 1969. Music website Allmusic gave Had to Cry Today 3.5 out of five stars, a slight improvement compared to the previous release Blues Deluxe.
