The British original. Pinups (Pin-Ups and Pin-Ups) is the seventh Studio album by British musician David Bowie, consisting of cover versions of his favorite songs of the 1960-ies. Released on 19 October 1973 by RCA, the last Studio album with the main part of the band The Spiders from Mars, who spoke with him throughout the Ziggy Stardust era; drummer Mick 'Woody' Woodmansey was replaced by Aynsley Dunbar. The album debuted in the UK chart — November 3, 1973. The record reached number one and stayed in the charts for 21 weeks. April 30, 1983, the album returned to the charts and stayed there for 15 weeks reaching the 57th line. In July 1990, the CD was once again hit in the British charts for one week, reaching a 52-th place.
