Jack Bruce (14 May 1943-25 October 2014) was a Scottish bassist, singer and songwriter, musician and composer. He gained popularity as the vocalist and "bassist" of the British rock band Cream . After the band's breakup in 1968, he embarked on a solo career, and also played with several bands.More Jack than God is the thirteenth studio album by Scottish musician Jack Bruce, released in August 2003. It was the second of two Bruce albums co-produced by Kip Hanrahan.
