Station to Station is the tenth Studio album by British musician David Bowie released on RCA Records in 1976. The album is considered one of the most important works of Bowie. The album was recorded after David had completed shooting the movie "The Man Who Fell to Earth", the cover image is a still from this film. Station to Station remains the most successful album Bowie chart in the USA for 40 years — until the release of the disc, Blackstar held in 2016, shortly before the death of the singer. He achieved 3rd place in the chart and stayed there for 32 weeks. February 26, 1976, the CD received "gold" status from the American Association of record companies. The record lasted 17 weeks in the charts in the UK, reaching the 5th line. It was the last time a Studio album, Bowie showed the result at the birthplace of musician worse than in the US.
