Their only Studio album recorded with six staff members in its composition, Followed by cool taken by the album Open Your Eyes 1997, The Ladder was seen as a conscious return to the classic Yes sound, while maintaining a modern edge. It reached a peak of number 36 in the album chart in the UK and No. 99 in the us Billboard 200.
